Rain-bow, bridges interactive waterfalls

Rain-bow is a project that aim to break the mental frontier between Paris and the suburbs. Along the canal de l'Ourq, Rain-bow transforms each bridges into an interactive waterfall (including the Périphérique one).

The waterfall opens when a pedestrian (or a boat) goes trew it.

Rain-bows is an European Street Design Challenge (ESDC) project.

ESDC is a 3 day workshop where teams of european young designers are working to solve a social, urban problematic.

Our team was composed of Laure-Anne Puijalon (Strate College student), Pantea Salmassi (Strate College student), Matthias Schmitt (Strate College student), Julie Robert (Estienne student and Lab212 trainee), Nicolas Guichard (Lab212), Béatrice Lartigue (Lab212), Tobias Muthesius (Lab212).
